The house has all modern conveniences, with a modern kitchen, with dishwasher, large refrigerator, gas burner stove, as well as a microwave oven. Other accoutrements include: outdoor gas grill, washer and dryer in  the basement, two TV's with ComCast cable, a VCR and DVD player, AIWA stereo system, etc.

The entire house is beautifully decorated with adoring cottage charm.

The back yard is large and has an oversized ground level deck. The yard is well maintained with green grass and lots of colorful flowers and blooming shrubs.
